Four ways to engage.
One senior delivery standard.
Clients engage ViitorCloud through BUILD, MODERNIZE, REMEDIATE, or OPERATE. Each engagement is scoped with acceptance criteria, a named delivery shape, and senior practitioners, with the outcome written into the SOW.
Pick the shape that matches where your system is today.
The shape determines the rhythm, the pod, and the commercial model. Every shape is staffed by senior practitioners and scoped to an outcome written into the SOW.
New system, new capability, new market.
Greenfield production build. 3 to 6 months. Fixed scope. Senior pod.
3 to 6 months · fixed scope · senior pod
A constrained, aging, or plateaued system.
Replatform, upgrade, or replace a constrained system. Fixed scope. Cutover plan. Your team embedded.
fixed scope · zero-downtime cutover
Audit finding, failed pilot, broken workflow, runaway bill.
4 to 8 week technical fix for audit findings, failed pilots, broken systems, or deadline-driven recovery.
4 to 8 weeks · outcome in the SOW
A production system that must be run and governed.
12-month rolling retainer from $12K to $15K per month. Run, tune, govern, and improve systems without growing headcount.
from $12K to $15K/mo · 12-month rolling
A new system, a new capability, or a new market that does not exist yet. We run a fixed-scope production build with senior practitioners on every workstream, not a discovery phase that bills by the hour. You get a system that runs in production, not a prototype that needs a second project to finish.
- Scope
- Whole system from architecture to go-live
- Team shape
- Architect plus senior pod on every workstream
- Acceptance
- Acceptance criteria in the SOW, tested at handover
A system that worked at one scale and now constrains the business. We replatform, upgrade, or replace it against a fixed scope, with a cutover plan and your team embedded so the knowledge stays with you. Where operating reality demands it, we run a zero-downtime cutover.
- Scope
- Replatform, upgrade, or replace against a written plan
- Team shape
- Senior pod with your engineers embedded
- Acceptance
- Cutover plan and parity criteria signed before switch
An audit finding, a failed pilot, a broken system, or a deadline that is not moving. We run a tight 4 to 8 week technical fix against a fixed deadline, with the outcome written into the SOW. Senior practitioners only. No ramp-up, no learning on your time.
- Scope
- Targeted fix scoped to the severity of the finding
- Team shape
- Senior practitioners from day one, no ramp-up
- Acceptance
- Outcome written into the SOW against a fixed deadline
A system in production that needs to be run, tuned, governed, and improved without you growing headcount to do it. A rolling retainer gives you senior capacity that owns the discipline: monthly optimization, governance, and continuous improvement against a scope that grows with you.
- Scope
- Run, tune, govern, and improve a live system
- Team shape
- Standing senior capacity, no new headcount for you
- Acceptance
- SLA, monthly review, and a scope that grows with you
We are accountable to a number, not to an effort.
BUILD, MODERNIZE, and REMEDIATE are fixed-scope engagements priced to the outcome in the SOW. OPERATE is a rolling retainer. No time-and-materials drift, no junior pyramid billed at senior rates.
Fixed scope
3 to 6 months. Priced to scope. Senior pod on every workstream.
Fixed scope
Priced to scope, with a cutover plan and your team embedded.
Fixed deadline
4 to 8 weeks, scoped to severity. Outcome written into the SOW.
$12K to $15K / month
12-month rolling retainer. Run, tune, govern, and improve without growing headcount.
Specific figures for your engagement are named on the scoping call and written into the SOW. We do not commit to a number we cannot defend. See the six service practices for where each shape applies, and industries for the regulated sectors we work in.
What every statement of work includes.
The SOW is where the promise becomes binding. Six things are in every one we sign.
Outcome and acceptance criteria
The result we are accountable for, written as criteria you can test against. Not an effort, a number.
Named delivery shape
BUILD, MODERNIZE, REMEDIATE, or OPERATE. The shape is named in the document so expectations are unambiguous.
Fixed scope and milestones
What is in, what is out, and the milestones each is accepted against. Change is handled by a written change order, not a surprise.
Senior staffing
The practitioners on your pod are named. The architect who scopes the work stays through delivery.
Security and audit-evidence expectations
What we will produce for your auditors and how. Since 2009 and ISO 27001 certified, so audit evidence is a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Handover terms and anti-lock-in
How the system transfers to your team, including a clean transfer option. We earn the next engagement. We do not trap you in it.
A senior practitioner, not a salesperson.
Thirty minutes is enough to know what shape the engagement should take and whether we are the right firm for it.
- STEP 01
A senior practitioner reviews context
Not a salesperson. The person on the call has shipped systems like yours and can interrogate the problem.
- STEP 02
We name the shape and a rough range
We tell you honestly whether this is a BUILD, MODERNIZE, REMEDIATE, or OPERATE engagement, and roughly what it costs.
- STEP 03
If it is not a fit, we say so
If we are not the right firm, we tell you, and where we can, we point you to who is. Thirty minutes is enough to know.
The people in the SOW are the people doing the work.
We staff with senior practitioners. 200+ senior practitioners across three continents, working in pods sized to the system, not to a margin target.
Practitioners with production scars
Senior people who have run systems in production, hit the failure modes, and fixed them. They have seen what breaks at scale.
The architect stays through delivery
The architect who scopes your engagement does not hand off to a delivery team and disappear. They stay accountable to the outcome.
No junior pyramid
We do not staff a thin layer of senior names over a base of juniors learning on your budget. The people in the SOW are the people doing the work.
We earn the next engagement. We do not trap you in it.
Anti-lock-in is a design principle, not a closing concession. Handover is built into the engagement from the first milestone.
Runbooks and documentation
Operating runbooks, architecture documentation, and the decisions behind them, written for the team that will run the system.
Pairing, not a doc dump
We pair with your team through the transition so the knowledge transfers in practice, not just on paper.
Clean transfer option
You can take full ownership at handover. No proprietary dependency that forces a renewal you did not choose.
Questions buyers ask before they engage
Still deciding whether it is a build, modernize, remediate, or operate engagement? A senior practitioner will tell you on the call.
What happens on the scoping call?
A senior practitioner, not a salesperson, reviews your context for about thirty minutes. They tell you honestly whether the work is a BUILD, MODERNIZE, REMEDIATE, or OPERATE engagement, and roughly what it costs. If we are not the right firm, they say so and point you elsewhere where they can.
How is scope fixed?
Scope is written into the SOW as an outcome with acceptance criteria, a named delivery shape, defined milestones, and an explicit in-scope and out-of-scope boundary. Change is handled through a written change order, not an end-of-project surprise.
What if the deadline is non-negotiable?
That is what a REMEDIATE engagement is for. It is a 4 to 8 week technical fix against a fixed deadline, staffed with senior practitioners from day one and with the outcome written into the SOW. There is no ramp-up period billed to you.
Are your tools required?
No. We build against your existing stack and standards. Our engagements include a clean transfer option and anti-lock-in handover terms, so your team can own and run the system without a dependency on us. See our tools for what we use internally.
Can our team own the system after handover?
Yes, and that is the default. Handover includes runbooks, documentation, and pairing with your team through the transition, plus a clean transfer option. We earn the next engagement on results. We do not trap you in it.
What does it cost?
BUILD and MODERNIZE are fixed-scope engagements typically running 3 to 6 months, priced to scope. REMEDIATE is a 4 to 8 week fixed-deadline fix. OPERATE is a 12-month rolling retainer from $12K to $15K per month. We name a rough range on the first call and write the number into the SOW.
Tell us what you need to build, modernize, remediate, or operate.
Thirty minutes with a senior practitioner is enough to name the shape, name a rough range, and tell you honestly whether we are the right firm. If we are not, we will point you to who is.
