What actually happens on a 30-minute scoping call?
No pitch deck. A senior practitioner - not a salesperson - asks about the system, the constraint, and the deadline, then tells you honestly whether it is a build, a modernization, a remediation, or an operate engagement, and a rough range. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.
Do you only do AI, or full systems?
